2.1 Services

We provide specialized support and consulting focused on treasury processes and resource flow optimization. Each engagement is governed by a separate agreement detailing scope, schedule, and fees.

2.2 Info Products

We offer digital materials such as guides, templates, and recorded sessions. Access is granted after payment and delivered via email or secure link.

2.3 Goods

We may supply physical items related to process support, including printed manuals or branded merchandise. Availability, shipment method, and associated fees will be presented at checkout.

3. Payment

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

We strive for complete satisfaction. Please review the following policy for eligibility and procedures.

4.1 Services

Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled start to receive a full refund of any prepaid fees. Requests made less than 5 days prior will not qualify for a refund, as resources are allocated. Instead of a refund, you may request a one-time rescheduling, subject to availability. All requests must be sent via our contact form.

4.2 Info Products

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment and prior to downloading or streaming more than 20% of the content. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days. After delivery or access beyond the threshold, all sales are final.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, submit a request via our contact form. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund of the product fee will be issued within 10 business days. Items returned damaged or without original packaging may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service during 2025. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or direct notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
